Submit an Event
Help us build a community calendar for the America250 and Sullivan250 season. If you are hosting an event that celebrates America 250, Sullivan250, local history, heritage, culture, or civic pride, submit it here for consideration.
Before you submit
To be eligible, your event must meet these requirements:
- It needs to relate to America250 or Sullivan250.
- It needs to take place in Sullivan County, Tennessee, or in an adjacent area that is relevant to Sullivan County audiences.
- It needs to take place in 2026.
- Every submission will be moderated and reviewed before it appears on the website.
What to include
To help us review and publish your event quickly, please provide all of the information included on the form.
Review and posting
To be eligible, your event must meet these requirements:
- Submitting an event does not guarantee it will be published.
- We may make light edits for clarity, length, and consistency.
- If an event is approved, it will be added to the calendar as soon as possible.
- Events may be removed if details change, incomplete information is submitted, the event is canceled, or it no longer fits the guidelines.
A few extra guidelines (recommended)
To be eligible, your event must meet these requirements:
- Submit at least 7 to 14 days before the event date.
- If your event is recurring, include the full schedule.
- Only upload images or logos you have permission to use. By submitting, you confirm you have the rights to any media provided and you grant permission for it to be displayed on Sullivan250.com to promote the event.
- If details change after you submit (date, time, location, cancellation), please re-submit with updated information or contact us at [insert email/contact page link]
